Recruitment for Rostered Leadership:

The Indiana-Kentucky Synod's Recruitment Committee works to lift up the ministries of the ordained, consecrated and commissioned and to invite others to explore their own call to rostered service. The Recruitment committee works to encourage potential candidates for rostered service; who then work with the Synod's Candidacy Committee, which journeys with candidates through the process of discernment from entrance to endorsement to approval.
