The Indiana-Kentucky Synod Call Process: Introduction for the Call Committee

According to the Call Process manual, the Call Process is a four step process. The four steps are:

1. Closure

3. Election

4. Start-up

The Congregation Council oversees the process and carries out steps 1, 3 and 4. The Call Committee is responsible for Step 2 (Selection).

A Call Committee can see the Call Process Manual to view all four steps and place Step 2 in context.
