Christ the Savior in Fishers, Indiana, has a self-serve food pantry just outside their front door. It had lots of use over spring break.

Resurrection Lutheran in Indianapolis has many members planning to walk in tomorrow’s Indy Pride parade.

Cross of Grace in New Palestine paid off their mortgage, and have mission plans for using the money that won’t be needed anymore for mortgage payments.

Cross of Christ Church in Crown Point having a Family VBS called “Creation Station” gives multiple generations a way to playfully approach creation care.

Gloria Dei in Crestview Hills, KY, is hosting a Farmer’s Market on Tuesdays and has a booth there for sharing their ministry.

Bethel Lutheran in Gary, Indiana, partnered with other churches in an interfaith action network, and asked Mayor Prince and the City Council to spend $1.5 million in American Rescue Plan dollars to fund a mobile response team to support people in mental health crises to provide treatment instead of punishment. The city council agreed to support the program.

Gethsemane in Lexington, KY partnered with NAMI Intervention program to help mental health patients avoid incarceration.

Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Indianapolis has adopted a new welcome statement and has become a Reconciling in Christ Congregation. They approved a capital campaign that included a new handicapped elevator.

Third Lutheran Church in Louisville, KY, is in a discerning and planning stage of redevelopment . They are considering renting a storefront space for the church with coworking space to be used daily and a gallery for artist displays from intersectional and marginalized communities in Louisville.
