E-Connect (Ecumenical-Connect)
Ecumenical-Connect…for churches engaged in faithful renewal
Ministry can be overwhelming, and leaders often feel isolated, uncertain, or stuck. That’s where Ecumenical-Connect comes in. We are a transformational ministry that equips faith leaders and teams to listen deeply—to God, to each other, and to their communities—so they can discern their next faithful steps. Through coaching, mentoring, and faith formation, we create space for renewal, clarity, and growth. Whether navigating change, revitalizing a congregation, or discerning a new mission, Ecumenical-Connect provides the tools and support to move forward with confidence and purpose. Let’s journey together—because no one should have to do ministry alone.

Guiding Principles
1. We are open and nimble to new and different possibilities.
2. Everything we do is grounded in God’s love.
3. We honor, value, and celebrate each participant and congregation.
4. We listen deeply for understanding and collaboration.
5. We expect God to work in and through us, and in the process.
6. We empower congregational teams to engage their congregation to do the work.
2. The Ecumenical-Connect Process
Our process equips congregations to listen deeply, discern faithfully, and take Spirit-led action.
How It Works
1. Commit – Church leaders decide to join, build a small core team, and sign a covenant.
2. Learn Together – Churches gather for four learning events (called "Links"), each about six months apart.
3. Practice What You Learn – Between events, congregations apply key insights through prayer, discussions, and hands-on activities.
4. Reflect & Move Forward – After the final event, churches evaluate their progress and plan for long-term transformation.
