Advent Devotions

These Advent Devotions are provided to you as a gift from the participants of the IN-KY Synod Spiritual Renewal Process – Inspire.Ignite.Invite.

Siblings in Christ from seven Lutheran congregations and one Episcopal congregation have been meeting monthly via Zoom in the second year of this process – Ignite 2024.

During the year we have learned more about the Holy Spirit, focusing on aspects of the Holy Spirit – interceding, fruit of the Spirit, comforting, stirring, renewing, inspiring, empowering, discerning and creating. These Spirit themes are reflected throughout the devotions.
